Our Mission
Our mission is to place patient care first by providing the latest technology and equipment in a setting with optimal attention to patient needs with caring doctors and staff. A large part of this mission relies on up to date information on procedures, diagnostics and treatment options and communicating the information so that the best informed decisions can be made. We strive to be the best place possible for our "best friends".

From Charlotte: We are located at exit 54 (just 2 exits up from Concord Mills). Take a right off the ramp and go through one stoplight. We are 0.1 mile on the right, adjacent to the Food Lion.
From Harrisburg: Take Pitts School Road at Hwy 29 to Weddington Road. Take a right onto Weddington Road. Take a left ont George W. Liles Pkwy. We are on the left approx. 0.6 mi adjacent to the Food Lion at Poplar Crossings.
From Concord: Go West on Poplar Tent Road at Hwy 29 (Kmart). Take a Left onto George W. Liles Pkwy at stoplight (Poplar Crossings Food Lion). We are 0.1 mile on the right, adjacent to Food Lion.
From Kannapolis: Take a left off the ramp at Exit 54 and go straight through one stoplight at Poplar Tent Road. We are 0.1 mile on the right, adjacent to the Food Lion.
From Huntersville/Lake Norman area: Take Hwy 73 (Davidson Highway) to Poplar Tent Road. Take a right onto Poplar Tent Road. Cross I-85 and continue on Poplar Tent Road past Cannon School. Take a right at the stoplight onto George W. Liles Pkwy. We are 0.1 mile on the right, adjacent to the Food Lion.
